The effectiveness of Executive Coaching

A Corporate and Executive Coach is an expert in the coaching process and in helping people to learn how to move forward; they must understand how organisations tick and achieve high performance.

Evaluation by Volition

The coach, client and sponsor agree the areas of desired development at the start of the relationship. Progress is formally assessed at both mid term and the end of the coaching relationship. See the testimonials given by users.
Uniquely, Kathy is also evaluating the effectiveness of her Volition work by using Generic Learning Outcomes. These were first described for the museums, library and archives sector but they work well for all kinds of non-classroom learning, including executive coaching.

Evidence from other sectors
