• Reflect upon how your organisation should adapt to meet the challenges of a rapidly changing, globalised and environmentally challenged world.

Fees would include:

• 9 hours of face to face support (six sessions)
• Unlimited emails between sessions
• Up to 30 minutes of Kathy’s time per month, for research or action prompts as preferred.
• Selected models and profiles for use in current issues as they arise.

Method:

Coaching and mentoring as required. This is a renewable six month programme.
