Consultancy Contracts

Day rate £550 plus travel and production costs.

Executive coaching and mentoring

Because coaching is such an individual service, fees are individually negotiated. These sample packages give an indication.

Trial package - £300

  • Briefing discussion by phone
  • Tailored pre meeting work and exercises
  • One face to face coaching session in Birmingham

Embedded Package - £1,200 plus variables, see below

  • Briefing discussion with the Sponsor
  • Tailored pre meeting work and exercises
  • Six face to face coaching discussions
  • Action plan feedback after each discussion
  • Phone calls and emails between discussions
  • Report to the sponsor on organisational issues

Plus - Additional Variables

  • Agreed expenses which may include meeting rooms. 
  • On site, off site or by phone?
  • Entirely voluntary organisations in the cultural sector in the West Midlands should ask about our “Soft Touch” rate!
  • Distance travelled and travel time are charged on “zones” centred on Redditch, Worcestershire. It is often more economic to coach several individuals in the same organisation or city on the same day, or for clients to come to the West Midlands.

Travel zones

  • Zone 1 – within 1 hour of Redditch, Worcestershire. No charge.
  • Zone 2 – 1.25 – 2 hours travel time in each direction.
  • Zone 3 – over 2 hours travel time in each direction.

Meeting Venues

The initial meeting should normally be at the client’s workplace wherever it is in the country. However, to spare distant clients the cost of travel time, we are building a network of meeting venues on the major road and rail routes through the West Midlands.
