Strategic research, evaluation and support.

Using her experience and that of her associates, Kathy chooses contracts which require an understanding of people, whether staff, volunteers, users, politicians or partners. Her reports are well researched, well written and rarely ignored.

Organisational development.

Kathy will work with individuals or teams.

  • Facilitation of workshops or strategic discussions are designed in conjunction with the commissioner and can be as little as a day.
  • Team development is usually a mixture of workshops and contemporaneous review of practical behaviours in the workplace while undertaking tasks that really matter.
  • For individual coaching Kathy is usually commissioned by the employer but her relationship is with the individual, and confidentiality between her and the client is absolute.
